Marty Delgadillo has over 35 years of experience in law enforcement. He served for more than 20 years as a firearms instructor at several local Police Academies (Rio Hondo, L.A.S.O., L.A.P.D., Golden West, O.C.S.O.) and he is certified by the FBI Firearms Academy in Virginia. Marty is an NRA police firearms instructor, which includes handguns, shotgun and home safety certifications. His extensive background includes California Police Instructor certification by P.O.S.T., The Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and The Consumer Affairs Department-State of California. With over fifteen years of ballistic experience Marty has a B.A. in Administration & Justice from CSULB.
DECORATED 30 YEAR POLICE VETERAN
During his twenty year tenure in law enforcement career with three Southern California police agencies, Marty has obtained four Governor’s Top Twenty Police marksmanship awards, two national top fifty Police marksmen awards, a Presidential Medallion, a Semi-Automatic National Distinguished Badge, and the Revolver National Badge. As a member of the 1490 Police combat reception he has received numerous medallions, and several dozen Gold, Silver Bronze Police Combat awards. While participating in the World Police Olympics Marty has won numerous awards, medals and citations. As consummate leader in police work and security training Marty has certified over 40,000 security and police officers at Firearms Training Academy.

Our graduates are respected and in high demand with private security companies and law enforcement agencies. We have provided for twenty-five years outstanding training for pre-academy Police Combat Training. We meet high standards for all our local Police Academies at: LASO, O.C.S.O, LAPD, Rio Hondo, Fullerton, CHP and Golden West. We also provide training in gun safety for home use (police officers families) and for private businesses customers.
We exceed the basic guidelines established by California Commission of Peace Officers Standards & Training and the California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services. We maintain a high standard of ethics and genuine care for our customers. Our trainers are highly skilled professionals experienced in law enforcement, private security, firearms and first aid.
